The VIBE Mentorship Program is designed to connect emerging professionals and students pursuing careers in buildings and real estate sustainability with experienced practitioners from VIBE’s board of directors and professional network. The program supports VIBE’s core mission of building a skilled, sustainability-minded workforce in the built environment sector. 

 

The program seeks to achieve the following objectives: 

• Provide early-career professionals with structured access to guidance and industry perspective, and where applicable, industry experience 

• Support the career development of students and recent graduates entering the fields of sustainable real estate, green building, and ESG 

• Strengthen VIBE’s relationships with the next generation of sustainability practitioners 

• Offer VIBE board members and volunteers a meaningful avenue for professional contribution
